Jamal Khan, President & Founder
President & Founder

Jamal Khan

Founder of PEACE Services and a 35-year veteran of the Toronto Police Service, with more than 42 years connected to policing. After retiring as a senior officer he continued to champion community safety, and today teaches the Police Foundations program at the Canadian Law Enforcement Training College โ€” covering sociology, psychology, the criminal justice system and police powers. He liaises regularly with the RCMP, OPP and Military Police, and brings decades of leadership, mentorship and community service to PEACE.

Moiz Khan

Founding member of PEACE Services. Electronics & Communication Engineer (Muffakham Jah Engineering College, Hyderabad) and Senior Programmer Analyst in the Informatics Division at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto. Passionate about community service, seniors and children's education. Director of AFMI Canada for 5+ years, and a member of the Social Committee, Informatics, at Mount Sinai.

Naila Saeed

An immigrant, working mother and founder of EYES Childcare โ€” which today supports thousands of families across 32 locations in Ontario โ€” Naila Saeed brings more than two decades of community leadership to PEACE Services. Through business, social work, advocacy and civic engagement, she has served alongside school boards, family services, the Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce. On our Board of Directors, she champions dignity, accessibility and stronger services for the seniors, families and newcomers in our community.

Khalid Saifullah Khan

An IT consultant in Toronto since 1997 and a longtime community leader originally from Hyderabad, India, Khalid Saifullah Khan brings decades of civic engagement and advocacy to PEACE Services. He has served with ICNA Canada since 1997 in numerous roles โ€” including as a Central Shura member and currently as chair of its Civic Engagement Committee, leading inter-organizational collaboration and human-rights advocacy โ€” and sits on the board of the Canadian Council of Indian Muslims (CCIM). On our Board of Directors, he champions collaboration, dignity and stronger services for the seniors, families and newcomers in our community.

Mohammed Afroz

As Treasurer, oversees the financial stewardship of PEACE Services โ€” ensuring transparency, accurate record-keeping and accountability so that every donation goes directly to supporting seniors and the community.
